Newsletter - September 2025 Empowering Vulnerable Communities

We are thrilled to share with you the highlights of our September 2025 monthly report. This edition showcases our tireless efforts to support vulnerable children and families in our community.

Awareness Campaigns: Chipinge Agricultural Show

We showcased our work and engaged with the community to raise awareness about our programs. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with local residents and share our mission.

Drug and Substance Abuse Campaign

We participated in a campaign organized by Chipinge Town Council in Ward 1, targeting youth with life coaching sessions. Our goal is to empower young people with the skills and knowledge to make informed decisions about their lives.

Donations: Food and Clothing Donation

We donated food items and clothing to a family in Chimanimani whose home was destroyed by fire, in collaboration with ZRP Chipinge District.

Your support makes a real difference in the lives of those in need.

Orphanage Home Visit

We visited the Chimana Children's Home and donated clothes and sanitary pads to empower the orphanage. We are committed to supporting vulnerable children and providing them with the care and support they deserve.

Project Implementation: Lelisville Project

We installed water pipes from a water source to Plot No. 5 in Lelisville, marking the beginning of a garden project aimed at improving food security and livelihoods. This project will have a lasting impact on the community.

Community Support: Widower Family Visit

We visited a widower family with four children, offering psychosocial support, clothing, and body lotion. Our team is dedicated to providing holistic support to families in need.

Teenage Mother Support

We provided psychosocial support and distributed clothing to teenage mothers and their children. We believe in empowering young mothers to build a brighter future for themselves and their children.

Conclusion

CVCIP remains committed to working with the Department of Social Development (DSD) to support vulnerable groups in our community. We look forward to continued collaboration and impact in the coming months.
