Chipinge Vulnerable Children Intervention Programme (CVCIP) is a registered community based organization with a PVO number 42/21.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social /Development Worker to join our team. This role involves working with communities to promote social development, improve well-being, and support vulnerable populations, particularly the orphans, widows, and youths.
Job Title:District Social Developmen Volunteer (PAID).
Location: Mutoko District
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Work with communities to identify needs and develop programs to address them
Build relationships with local stakeholders, organizations, and government agencies
Implement and monitor programs to promote social development and well-being
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Represent CVCIP at all stakeholders development District Meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field
Experience working in community development or social work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision.
